How often can I schedule routine cleaning?

Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly, subject to availability.

Can I add laundry, dishes, bedding, or toy tidying?

Yes. The Helping Hand offers these services for an additional quoted charge. Please request them before your appointment so adequate time can be reserved.

Do you bring cleaning products?

We can discuss whether you prefer to provide suitable products or use ours. Availability and surface compatibility are considered when quoting.

What if my home needs more than routine cleaning?

You can choose a comprehensive deep cleaning or request individually priced deep-cleaning add-ons. An initial deep clean may be recommended for significant buildup.

How is pricing determined?

Quotes consider rooms and square footage, home condition, frequency, pets, accessibility, supplies, travel, and selected services. Any added work requiring a higher price is discussed before proceeding.

When is payment due?

Payment is due immediately after the agreed services are completed. We accept cash and Venmo (using our business payment method). Personal checks are not accepted.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. A cancellation with less notice is subject to a $50 fee; a reschedule with less notice is subject to a $25 fee. See our full policy for details.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. Access arrangements and any instructions must be agreed in advance.

Do you guarantee all stains or buildup can be removed?

No. Results depend on surface condition, materials, age of buildup, and safe cleaning methods. We will communicate any limitations.

Can specialized cleaning prevent infections?

No. Specialized cleaning supports household hygiene but cannot eliminate infection risk or replace medical guidance.
